DCT Syrus 3G+ BT is a hardwired 3G IoT/M2M vehicle telematics gateway by Digital Communications Technologies, built for fleet tracking and advanced IoT applications. It features built-in Bluetooth 4.1 Smart Ready (BR/EDR/BLE) enabling pairing with external sensors and Bluetooth accessories, an internal Polymer Li-Ion backup battery, and an IP65-sealed polycarbonate enclosure. Cellular connectivity covers 3G HSPA+/UMTS/GPRS/EDGE. Built-in interfaces include RS-232 and a 1-Wire bus for iButton driver identification. Additional features include a 3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope, intelligent geofencing with up to 100 circular and 100 polygonal zones, a 21,000-event store-and-forward buffer, tamper detection, and REST API integration via DCT's Pegasus Gateway. Iridium satellite backup communication is available via a separately sold external accessory.
